Dear Valued WSC Members,
First and foremost, we hope that everyone is doing what’s necessary to stay healthy and safe.
Second, we’ve been evaluating all the options available to us as this situation evolves, and while nothing is definite, we want to update our valued members on a few items below. We’ve had to make hard financial decisions and are working tirelessly with our landlord and insurance to see what we can do to keep this family-owned small business operational. While we’ve had to put some staff on hold, the ones that remain have been deep cleaning and working on key functional projects to prepare the facility to open again soon. We know that many of you have questions and we’re looking to address most of them with the details below:
Modified Opening – Tennis & Golf
We are closely monitoring how the restrictions play out through the rest of this month. If possible, we are evaluating different ways we could structure tennis booking that doesn’t put our members and staff at risk. We are likewise doing the same for the golf range, but it’s still too early to tell and we definitely want to be socially responsible and avoid potentially exacerbating the situation.
Tennis Lessons & Programming
We sent a note to all registered tennis participants already, but here is the message again. We are postponing the start of Winter Session 3 and Spring Session 1. Once we are allowed to re-open our plan is as follows:
- Begin a normal full 5 week tennis session.
- All Winter 3 class registrations and their payments will be automatically moved to this new start date with the same day(s)/time(s) that you are currently enrolled in.
- We will send out an additional email in advance to let you know our official re-open and start of the session date.
- If you need to switch day(s) of the week or have other conflicts, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All fitness training sessions, both group and individual, are on hold until we can re-open. Please work with your trainer or email email@example.com if you have further questions.
We value our members tremendously and need to rely on your support. We continue to be passionate about creating a premier tennis and pickleball destination, a unique golf experience with elite instruction, and an inviting place to workout with your friends and teammates. Our hope is that by being WSC members, you share in the interest of helping us combat this difficult time and securing the future of the club for the years to come.
