General

Q:  Are masks required during tennis play?

A:  Per state mandate located here, masks are required 100% of the time while using WSC’s indoor facilities.

Account Questions

Q:  I’m an existing WSC tennis member and I didn’t receive a CourtReserve welcome mail, should I create another CourtReserve account?

A:  CourtReserve emails will go to the primary email address that was on your account previously.  In most cases, this email belongs to the person that was responsible for monthly dues.  Please do not create another account, unless you want to create another Tennis Booking Account, which will incur the $120 annual fee.  If you were the primary on your previous account and did not receive your Welcome Email, please email membership@woodinvillesportsclub.com so we can resend.

Q:  I’m an existing WSC tennis member, can I still use the Fitness facilities?

A:  No, by eliminating the monthly dues, you will no longer have access to Fitness facilities as a Tennis Booking Member.  If you would like to add Fitness access, please visit our Pricing page on our website and email membership@woodinvillesportsclub.com so we can adjust your account.

Q:  I’m an existing WSC member and I don’t see any of my family members on my account, why is that?

A:  Only primary members were added to CourtReserve as there is only one allowed booking login per account.  If you would like to add your family members to your account, you can do so by accessing My Profile.

Q:  Both my spouse and I are existing WSC tennis members.  Are we both allowed to book?

A:  No, only one booking member per account.  If you would both like to book, then another account would need to be created for the $120 annual fee.

Q:  I’m an existing WSC tennis member, do I have to pay the $120 annual fee?  If not, when will I in the future?

A:  If you were a tennis member on January 1st, 2021 (frozen or not), your annual fees were waived for 2021.  Your next annual fee will be due on January 1st, 2022.

Q:  I don’t see my credit on my account?

A:  The credit was assigned to the previous primary account holder.  If you are the previous primary account holder and don’t see your credit, please reach out to membership@woodinvillesportsclub.com.

Q:  Will I still use the same keycard?

A:  No, you will need to check-in at the Front Desk with your ID

Court Policy

Q:  How many courts can I book?  What are the limitations?

A:  The person with login credentials on a Tennis Booking Account is allowed 3 reservations per 6 day period.  Limit to 1 reservation per day.

Q:  Can I book more than my allocation inside of 24 hours?

A:  Yes, but not through CourtReserve.  You will need to call the front desk and secure the court.  Will require a payment profile and you will be charged at reservation.  Since this falls within the no cancellation period, there will be no adjustments or refunds.

Q:  Can I play more than 3 times in the 6 day window?

A:  Yes, as long as you are playing with another Tennis Booking Member who booked the court.  There are no restrictions to how many times you can play, just how many times you can book.

Q:  Do I need to be present for my reservation?

A:  Yes, this is mandatory.  Tennis Booking Members who book for other people to play will have their privileges suspended or revoked.

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?

A:  You are free to change or cancel your reservation 24 hours before your time starts.  Once inside the 24 hour window, you are not allowed to change or cancel via CourtReserve.  You can call the Front Desk to attempt to cancel or change your reservation, but a cancellation fee equivalent to a singles rate ($44) will be assessed.

Q:  What if I want to change from singles to doubles or doubles to singles inside 24 hours?

A:  You are allowed to do this, but will need to call the Front Desk since this is not allowed in CourtReserve.

Q:  What is the guest policy?

A:  There are no Tennis Guest fees.  However, all guests MUST properly check in at the front desk and sign all relevant waivers.

Q:  I would like to use the ball machine, how come it’s not available on CourtReserve?

A:  The ball machine is currently out of order.  We are in the process of finding a replacement.

Q:  Am I able to split court fee payments with other members on CourtReserve?

A:  Not for now.  We’re told CourtReserve may add this functionality, but not sure on timing.  We can split the fee at the Front Desk if you desire.
