An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until February 1, 2019
This lunch hour bootcamp gives you a full body strength workout by incorporating strength training techniques under the guidance of a trainer. The class is supplemented by cardio conditioning which includes runs, sprints, shuttles and more.
