Welcome to Woodinville Sports Club! No matter where you are on the fitness spectrum, from gym newcomer to elite athlete, we’ve got you covered. Our offerings range from a welcoming fitness center to group fitness classes for high-performance youth and adult athletes to individualized personal training for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center is a clean and updated space with a friendly and inviting vibe, flexible hours, and top-notch equipment, including free weights, cardio machines, power lifting stations, and a dynamic functional training area.

Athletic Performance Lab

Our New Athletic Performance Lab is a dedicated space for strength and conditioning training for serious youth athletes across all sports (tennis, golf, basketball, soccer, etc.) It’s the only high-performance youth training center of its kind in the Pacific Northwest.

Group Strength & Conditioning Training

We’ve recently launched an all-new lineup of Group Strength & Conditioning Classes for kids and adults. Training sessions benefit athletes of all levels and are tailored to your sport. The goal of our strength and conditioning program is to develop more well-rounded athletes, while at the same time, providing you the tools necessary to perform at the highest level in your sport. 

Performance Training Staff

Our talented Performance Training Staff has NCAA D1 collegiate athletic backgrounds and extensive experience training top-tier professional and D1 athletes. Whether they are leading group classes or doing one-on-one personal training, they will develop a customized training program to help you achieve your fitness goals.
