Facilities Opener

* Unlocking all gates and doors to various buildings (Swim, Tennis, Main Dome)
* Turn on all lights to pertinent areas.
* Log any anomalies that warrant attention from maintenance crew.
* Prepare the front desk / cash register for arrival of members.
* Turn over operation to the front desk personnel upon their arrival.
* Various other related duties.
Along with the hourly rate, this person would receive a complimentary club membership as well as complimentary range use on our driving range. Seniors/Veterans are encouraged to apply!

Evening Closer(Weekends)

We are a tennis and sports facility looking for an evening closer (primarily weekends) to help oversee general operations. There is a golf range, a dedicated tennis facility (6-courts), an indoor swimming pool and a domed area that has a full weight-room, aerobics floor, cardio area, racquetball courts, and 2 additional tennis courts. * Welcoming members and be a resource of information to help maximize enjoyment of the club.
* Greet/Tour/Sign-up members in case of the absence of the Membership Director.
* Be able to run all club systems – cash register, credit card machine, membership software (Jonas), tennis booking system (GameTime), and other related software.
* Walk property regularly to greet members, check in with staff, etc..
* Be able to answer all questions regarding club operations, policies, memberships and vision/future of the facility in accordance with club management’s direction.
* Be a sounding board to membership concerns and act swiftly and accordingly to fix resolvable issues.
* Be a troubleshooter and a problem solver, ready to act swiftly to any building or member emergencies.
* Work with the front desk staff to help be efficient in your duties and friendly in your demeanor.
* Help trainers and aerobics instructors with any logistical concerns.
* Close the facility in accordance to club guidelines with a focus towards cleanliness, safety and security.
* Other related duties as assigned.
Along with the operational items mentioned above, ideal candidates will have excellent people skills, verbal and written communication skills, sales experience, an ability to multi-task. Supervisory experience is a must. Mechanical aptitude would be preferable but not mandatory. Previous sports club experience highly recommended.
