Karen’s love for fitness started at a young age when first introduced to softball. Playing competitive fastpitch softball, she traveled the country until she had to stop due to shoulder injuries. That’s when she began to get really into weight training and the science behind it. She teaches all clients functional fitness with a bit of a strength and conditioning twist. Her goal for all clients is to help them see fitness and nutrition as something enjoyable!
