Fitness Center

Our spacious gym is filled with natural light, with views of the surrounding trees. It’s a clean and updated space with a friendly and inviting vibe, flexible hours, and top-notch equipment, including free weights, a variety of cardio machines, power lifting stations, and a dynamic functional training area.   

WSC's Fitness Center is an ego-free zone and welcoming to people of all fitness levels, from gym newbies to elite athletes.  

Whether you’re looking for high-performance group classes, one-on-one personal training, or just a nice environment to work out in, we welcome you.

Fitness Center Hours:

Weekdays: 6am - 10pm

Weekends: 7am - 10pm

Group Strength & Conditioning Training

Take your game to the next level with high-performance small group training sessions. Open to Tier 1 & RPM youth tennis athletes, youth athletes in other sports, adult athletes, and anyone looking to improve strength, endurance, and mobility or decrease the risk of injury. Youth training sessions take place in our new Athletic Performance Lab, and adults train in our Fitness Center.

Personal Training

Looking for individualized one-on-one training to help you level-up? We’ll pair you up with one of our Performance Training Team members, who will sit down with you to understand your fitness goals and create a customized workout plan. During your sessions, they will demonstrate how to do exercises using proper form. Adults will train in our Fitness Center; youth will train in our new Athletic Performance Lab.

Our New Athletic Performance Lab is a dedicated space for strength and conditioning training for serious youth athletes across all sports (tennis, golf, basketball, soccer, etc.) It’s the only high-performance youth training center of its kind in the Pacific Northwest.
