Group Strength & Conditioning Classes
For Kids & Adults

We’ve recently launched an all-new lineup of Group Strength & Conditioning Classes for kids and adults. Training sessions benefit athletes of all levels, from adults wanting to improve their overall strength and fitness to high-level youth athletes who want to perform at the highest level in their sport.

Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes

We have classes designed for our Tier 1 and RPM Junior tennis athletes, as well as training for youth athletes in other sports (soccer, golf, basketball, etc.).

Group training sessions are 5 weeks (1 session per week) and take place in our Athletic Performance Lab after school and on weekends. You can join at any point during the session. Class sizes are limited to a maximum size of 12 people.

Current Class Offerings:

Tennis Strength & Movement (ages 10 and under)

For Tier 1 and RPM Junior Tennis Players

This class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of tennis-specific movement through fun, age-appropriate drills that build coordination, balance, and athletic confidence. The focus is on developing body control, footwork, and safe movement habits that set the stage for long-term performance.

Tennis Strength & Movement (ages 10- 12)

For Tier 1 Tennis Players

Athletes in this group will learn proper technique for foundational strength exercises and tennis-specific movement patterns like acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. The goal is to build athletic ability while reinforcing safe, efficient movement both on and off the court.

Tennis Strength & Movement (ages 12-18)

For Tier 1 Tennis Players

This advanced class blends structured strength training with high-level tennis movement work, focusing on power, speed, and injury prevention. Athletes will improve their on-court explosiveness, strength, and endurance while learning how to train like high-level competitors.

Junior Sports Performance (ages 12 and under)

Designed for youth athletes who play sports outside of tennis, this class develops total-body strength, speed, and agility. Whether your child plays soccer, basketball, baseball, or another sport, they’ll build the foundational athletic qualities needed to compete at a higher level and reduce the risk of injury.

Adult Strength & Conditioning Classes

Group training sessions are 5 weeks (1 session per week) and take place in our spacious Fitness Center. You can join at any point during the session. Class sizes are limited to a maximum size of 12 people.

Current Class Offerings:

Adult Athletic Performance

This class is designed for active adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence. Whether on the tennis court, golf course, pickleball court, or just in everyday life. Each session blends strength, mobility, and athletic movement to improve power, balance, coordination, and injury resilience in a fun, supportive environment.

Adult Total Fitness

This class is for adults who want to build strength, improve mobility, and feel better overall—no sports required. Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into a routine, each session is designed to boost energy, reduce aches, and help you move confidently in daily life.
