His work has also been recognized nationally on WUSA9, Fox5, Great Day Washington, Fox Sports, and 93.9FM.
Coach Dom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sports Management & Leadership, and will begin his Doctorate in Sports Medicine in Spring 2026. In 2015, he founded ChampTime Fitness LLC, a mentorship-based performance program that has already guided inner-city athletes to more than $4.6 million in full college scholarships. His coaching style blends cutting-edge athletic training with discipline, focus, and leadership.
At WSC, Coach Dom specializes in transforming youth athletes into stronger, faster, and more resilient competitors. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: “To be #1, train like you’re #2.”

Tao McClinton
Performance Intern
Tao McClinton is a former NCAA Division I football athlete who competed at Sacramento State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications. While in college, he trained under Ryan Deatrick, a nationally respected strength and conditioning coach, and Tracy Ford, a leader in sport-specific performance development.
After his playing career, Tao shifted into coaching and performance training, working at Ford Sports Performance Academy—one of the premier athletic development programs in the Pacific Northwest. There he helped athletes maximize speed, strength, and movement efficiency, preparing many to compete at the Division I level.
At WSC, Tao brings this high-level background to athletes. His expertise includes strength and conditioning, acceleration and deceleration mechanics, rotational power, and movement efficiency. He also incorporates mobility and recovery systems to keep players healthy, even throughout demanding tournament schedules. Tao’s mission is to develop athletes who are faster, stronger, and more resilient.
