Early Bird Special

Q: What's included in the Early Bird Special?

A: The Early Bird Special is valid from registration launch (January 22) through February 28 and includes:

10% off full-week pricing (excludes Tier 1 Tennis Academy)
Free WSC t-shirt (1 shirt per summer) for every participant (size collected at booking, handed out during summer session)

Q: Does the Early Bird discount apply to all programs?

A: The 10% discount applies to most programs, but Tier 1 Tennis Group A, Group B, and Junior Academy are excluded from the discount. However, participants in these programs will still receive a free t-shirt.

Registration & Enrollment

Q: Can I register for single days at launch?

A: No, enrollment at launch is full-week only. Single-day drop-in registration opens 4 weeks prior to each camp date.

Q: Is WSC membership required?

A: Yes, membership is required for all summer training participants. Free summer memberships are not available. A minimum of a Class Registration Pass is required, but other membership tiers unlock access to gym, court booking, and range discounts on buckets of balls and beverages.

Cancellations

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: A 7-day notice prior to the session start date is required for cancellation, regardless of illness, injury, or personal circumstance. If you cancel within this timeframe, you'll receive an account credit for the balance.

Changing Your Week

Q: Can I switch to a different week after registering?

A: Yes, you have two options:

Option 1 - Make the Change Yourself:

Cancel your original registration through your account (subject to our cancellation policy). Account credit will be issued within 3-5 days. Then re-register for your preferred week.

Option 2 - Contact Us for Help:

Email info@woodinvillesportsclub.com and we'll cancel and re-register you for a different week if space is available and you're within the cancellation window.

Q: Will I pay more if I change my week?

A: It depends on timing:

If the price hasn't changed, there's no additional cost to reschedule
If Early Bird pricing has expired or rates have increased, you'll pay the difference between what you originally paid and the current price
Early Bird discounts apply only to the week originally selected and cannot be transferred to a new week

Tier 1 Tennis Academy Approval

Q: How do I register for Tier 1 Tennis Academy summer training?

A: Tier 1 Tennis Academy is an admissions-based academy (Tier 1 Core training does not require prior coach approval). Players apply and schedule an evaluation with a coach in order to get placed in the proper training environment for their skill level. Email tier1@woodinvillesportsclub.com with any questions.

Players already enrolled in Tier 1 Academy or those wanting to register for Tier 1 Core training can register directly on Court Reserve.

Bundling Camps for a Full-Day Experience

Q: What is a bundle and how does it work?

A: You can combine two half-day sessions (one AM + one PM) for a full-day, multi-sport experience. For instance, Core Tennis in the morning and Adventure Club or Golf in the afternoon. We offer pricing discounts on the published prices for half-day sessions when you bundle them together. See pricing table below.
