WSC's new Athletic Performance Lab (APL) Training Center is home to our premier strength and conditioning program, delivering elite training for youth and adult athletes. It's the Pacific Northwest's only dedicated high-performance facility for sport-specific athletic development.
The APL is outfitted with elite training equipment, free weights, performance racks, plyometric stations, hit walls, and sport-specific conditioning tools. This environment is designed to maximize athletic growth in strength, speed, power, agility, and endurance, providing athletes the tools they need to compete at the highest levels.
Our world-class Performance Team has proven experience at the D1, professional, and Olympic levels.

Group Strength & Conditioning Training
The APL's Strength & Conditioning Small Group Training Sessions are open to high-performance youth and adult athletes and adults looking to improve their overall fitness and decrease the risk of injury. Training is designed to increase strength, speed, power, agility, and endurance, providing athletes the tools they need to compete at the highest levels.
Group training sessions are typically 5 weeks (1 session per week), and you can join at any point during the session. Class sizes max out at 12 people.

Personal Training
For Kids & Adults
Looking for individualized one-on-one training to help you level-up? We’ll pair you up with one of our Performance Training Team members, who will sit down with you to understand your fitness goals and create a customized workout plan. During your sessions, they will demonstrate proper form and push you to achieve your maximum performance potential.


Performance Training Team
Our Director of Strength & Conditioning, Dom Graham, is a former D1 sprinter with over 15 years of experience preparing athletes to compete at the highest level. He has previously worked with WNBA and NCAA D1 athletes. His team has extensive experience training top-tier youth and adult athletes.
