Trial Golf Simulators Membership

Through March 31, 2026
A WSC membership is required to book the golf simulators. Eventually, a Court & Range or All-Access membership will be needed to reserve a sim. We are offering a special Trial Membership through March 31 for those who want to try the sims out before committing to a monthly or annual membership. For a one-time fee of $20 plus tax, you have access to booking simulators at our regular rates. If you have a Class Access membership, you will need to buy the $20 Trial Golf Sims membership or upgrade your membership in order to reserve them. Also, from now through March 31, members (or trial members) can bring 3 guests for free. Maximum capacity per bay is 4 people.
Hours & Pricing
PRIMETIME - Weekdays, 4pm-10pm, Weekends, 10am-10pm - 90-minute sessions/bay (60-minute sessions are not available during primetime) - $75 + tax ($5/guest fee is waived during promotional period, through March 31.) OFF-PEAK - Weekdays, 6am-4pm and 10pm-11pm - Weekends, 7am-10am - 60-minute sessions/bay (90-minute sessions are not available during off-peak) - $40 + tax ($5/guest fee is waived during promotional period, through March 31.) WSC MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED - All-Access members will receive a 5% discount and be able to book up to 10 days in advance - Court & Range members will pay regular price and have a 7-day booking window - Limited-time Trial Golf Simulator members will pay regular price and have a 7-day booking window. - Class Access members may not book without upgrading or getting the trial membership (but they can attend as a guest).

Here's What You Need to Know
1. BOOK YOUR SIMULATOR SESSION Sessions are available starting February 9th and can be reserved on Court Reserve. Log into your CourtReserve account (create an account if you don't have one) → Book a Court → Swing Lab (Simulators). Select your desired date and time, confirm your reservation, and complete payment. Note: A WSC membership is required to book (All-Access, Court & Range or Trial Golf Simulator membership). 2. CHECK IN AT WSC - Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time and check in at the front desk. - We ask that you not enter the Swing Lab prior to your allocated time, in order to allow the previous group to clear out. - We have a comfortable waiting area with seating just outside the simulator room where you can relax until your session begins. 3. REVIEW SIMULATOR GUIDELINES Prior to your session, please familiarize yourself with WSC's policies and guidelines. This will help ensure the safety of our guests. You'll find signage in the waiting area, near the doors of the Swing Lab, and inside the bays. Guidelines are also below. 4. PLAY! Equipment Provided: - We encourage you to bring your own clubs if possible. We have limited men's and women's clubs available for those who don't have clubs. - Bag storage is provided. - IMPORTANT: Use the balls provided - other balls will leave marks on the screens.
Important Guidelines
Please Review Before Your Session
Following these guidelines helps us maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for all members and guests. BOOKING RESTRICTIONS - Must have a WSC membership to book. Court & Range, All-Access or Trial Golf Simulator members can reserve bays in advance on Court Reserve. - 3 additional guests may join at no cost during our Launch Promotion (through March 31). - Beginning April 1, guests (those without any WSC membership) will be $5 per person, per reservation. - Additional participants may be Class Access Pass holders at no cost. - Members may book up to 3 Swing Lab sessions per week. PLAYER AGES - Players ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during your session. CAPACITY - Maximum of 4 players allowed per bay in the Swing Lab. EQUIPMENT - Golf balls provided – We provide all golf balls for simulator use. Outside balls are not permitted to ensure equipment safety and optimal performance. - We encourage you to bring your own clubs if possible. We have limited men's and women's clubs available to borrow. - Appropriate footwear required – Golf shoes or clean athletic shoes only. CANCELLATIONS - Must cancel 24+ hours in advance to be eligible for account credit. - Late cancellations / no-shows - account credit is forfeited. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY - Members reserving simulator time are responsible for proper use of the space and equipment in accordance with WSC policies.
