Here's What You Need to Know
BOOK YOUR SIMULATOR SESSION Sessions can be reserved on Court Reserve. Log into your CourtReserve account (create an account if you don't have one) → Book a Court → Swing Lab (Simulators). Select your desired date and time, confirm your reservation, and complete payment. Note: An All-Access or Court & Range Pass is required to book. Class Access members may not book without upgrading or attending as a guest. CHECK IN AT WSC Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time and check in at the front desk. We ask that you not enter the Swing Lab prior to your allocated time, in order to allow the previous group to clear out. We have a comfortable waiting area with seating just outside the simulator room where you can relax until your session begins. REVIEW SIMULATOR GUIDELINES Prior to your session, please familiarize yourself with WSC's policies and guidelines. This will help ensure the safety of our guests. You'll find signage in the waiting area, near the doors of the Swing Lab, and inside the bays. Guidelines are also below. PLAY! Equipment Provided: We encourage you to bring your own clubs if possible. We have limited men's and women's clubs available for those who don't have clubs. Bag storage is provided. IMPORTANT: Use the balls provided - other balls will leave marks on the screens.
Important Guidelines
Please Review Before Your Session
Following these guidelines helps us maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for all members and guests. BOOKING RESTRICTIONS Must have an All-Access or Court & Range Pass to reserve bays in advance on Court Reserve. Class Access members may not book without upgrading or attending as a guest. Guests are $5 per person, per reservation. Additional participants may be Class Access Pass holders at no cost. Members may book up to 3 Swing Lab sessions per week. PLAYER AGES Players ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during your session. CAPACITY Maximum of 4 players allowed per bay in the Swing Lab. EQUIPMENT Golf balls provided – We provide all golf balls for simulator use. Outside balls are not permitted to ensure equipment safety and optimal performance. We encourage you to bring your own clubs if possible. We have limited men's and women's clubs available to borrow. Appropriate footwear required – Golf shoes or clean athletic shoes only. CANCELLATIONS Must cancel 24+ hours in advance to be eligible for account credit. Late cancellations / no-shows - account credit is forfeited. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY Members reserving simulator time are responsible for proper use of the space and equipment in accordance with WSC policies. No alcohol is allowed in the Swing Lab.
