It’s a clean and updated space with an inviting atmosphere, flexible hours, and top-notch equipment, including free weights, a variety of cardio machines, power lifting stations, and a dynamic functional training area.

APL Group Strength & Conditioning Training
Take your game to the next level with high-performance small group training sessions. Open to WSC's Tier 1 & RPM youth tennis athletes, youth athletes in other sports, adult athletes, and anyone looking to improve strength, speed, power, endurance, and mobility or decrease the risk of injury. Training sessions take place in our new Athletic Performance Lab Training Center.

Gain a competitive edge with sport-specific training designed to build speed, power, endurance, and confidence, or get stronger and move with less pain through customized programming tailored to your goals.
Led by Performance Coaches with D1, pro, and Olympic experience in our state-of-the-art APL Training Center, every session is built on assessment, data-driven metrics, and measurable progress—not just a workout, but a complete performance program.
