We’re considering adding an adult Mat Pilates class to our schedule! Your feedback will help us determine scheduling and class frequency. 

 

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, bodyweight-based workout that strengthens the core, improves posture and mobility, reduces injuries, and sculpts the body through controlled, intentional movement, supporting overall performance and recovery.
